GENERAL BILL by Domino
Special Election/Homestead Property Assessments; provides for special election to be held on first Tuesday after first Monday in November 2007, pursuant to Section 5 of Article XI of State Constitution, for approval or rejection by electors of this state of joint resolution re homestead property assessments at less than just value; provides for publication of notice & for procedures.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law if passed by 3/4ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
