JOINT RESOLUTION by Robaina
Local Option Gaming; constitutional amendment to allow governing body of any county to hold countywide referendum on whether to authorize full gaming within that county; provides for regulation & taxation of gaming by general law; requires that 50 percent of tax revenue be deposited into public sector trust fund, with 90 percent of moneys in that trust fund to be used to offset residential homestead property taxes, etc. Creates s. 28, Art. X.
