Tower Crane & Tower Crane Operator Certification; requires tower crane to be certified in order to be operated; requires person to be certified in order to operate tower crane on construction projects; provides for certification organizations & standards; authorizes persons in training for certification to operate tower cranes under direct supervision of certified tower crane operator; preempts regulation of tower cranes & tower crane operators to state, etc. Creates 489.1138,.1139.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
