Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Requires that all female cattle vaccinated with the Brucella abortus vaccine be identified according to federal regulations. Repeals provision relating to the purchase, distribution, and administration of the approved brucella vaccine. Amends provision relating to gift certificates and credit memos, etc.
