Employee Incentive Program/Public School Personnel; Provides requirements for the appropriation, release, and distribution of funds for the Merit Award Program for Instructional Personnel and School-Based Administrators. Revises dates related to administration of the program. Provides for proration of monetary incentives and bonuses for teaching excellence in certain circumstances under the Dale Hickam Excellent Teaching Program.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
