HB 5021-C: Tuition and Fees for Higher Education

GENERAL BILL by Policy & Budget Council ; Pickens

Tuition and Fees for Higher Education; Deletes provisions requiring the State Board of Education to adopt a fee schedule. Provides standard resident tuition for the career certificate, applied technology diploma, and adult general education courses. Provides standard tuition and fees for community college programs for students who are residents or nonresidents for tuition purposes. Provides for annual tuition and fee adjustments based on inflation, etc.
