Presidential Preference Primary; Moves the date of the presidential preference primary from the last Tuesday in January to the first Tuesday in February of the year in which it is held. Provides for satisfaction of certain requirements and prerequisites relating to the January 29, 2008, presidential preference primary for purposes of a replacement February 5, 2008, presidential preference primary, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
