Senator Les Miller Act/Prostate Cancer Screening [EPCC]; Requires health insurance policies, group health insurance policies, and health maintenance contracts to provide coverage for an annual screening for prostate cancer for men age 40 or older. Provides that the coverage for prostate cancer screening does not limit diagnostic benefits otherwise allowed under the policy or contract, etc.
