Pari-mutuel Wagering Permitholders; Provides for jai alai permitholder meeting certain conditions to apply to Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering to convert permit to conduct jai alai to permit to conduct greyhound racing; directs division to issue permit & license to conduct greyhound racing if certain conditions are met; provides for relocation of certain permits; revises tax on handle for live dogracing when handle exceeds certain amounts, etc.
