GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Gaetz ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Baker
Highway Safety [EPCC]; Creates the "Deputy Michael Callin, Michael Haligowski, and Deputy Ryan C. Seguin Memorial Traffic Safety Act." Authorizes the court to withhold adjudication of certain violations related to driving without a valid license if the person cited meets certain conditions. Revises penalty provisions for a person who drives a motor vehicle when his or her driver license has been permanently revoked, etc.
