Human Immunodeficiency Virus Testing; Provides conditions under which HIV test on blood sample of individual who has not given consent may be performed; requires documentation by certain medical personnel under supervision of licensed physician prior to testing in accordance with written protocols based on National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
