Child Support; Eliminates requirement for reputed father seeking to disestablish paternity & terminate child support obligation to affirm that he is current on his child support obligation or that any delinquency is based on inability to pay; provides for relief from past due child support payments; revises provision relating to naming father on child's birth certificate to conform to procedures under ch. 382, F.S.
