GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Margolis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey ; Fasano ; Lynn ; Baker ; Wilson

Mortgage Fraud [RPCC]; Requires law enforcement agencies to notify property appraisers of incidents of mortgage fraud. Authorizes property appraisers to reconsider property assessments under certain circumstances. Increases penalties for certain types of mortgage fraud, etc.
