SB 112: Student Voter Education Program [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Haridopolos

Student Voter Education Program [SPCC]; Encourages each district school board and county supervisor of elections to cooperate in providing voter education to high school students who are in grade 12. The voter education program shall be in the form of a presentation and is voluntary for public and nonpublic high schools. Requires the program to provide students with the opportunity, sufficient information, and the time to submit a voter registration application, etc.
