Siting of Power Plants and Transmission Lines [RPCC]; Requires local governments or regional planning councils to provide notice of an informational meeting relating to the Florida Electrical Power Plant Siting Act or the Florida Electric Transmission Line Siting Act to all parties not less than 15 days prior to such meeting, etc.
