GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Criminal Justice ; Fasano
Minors/Distribution of Harmful Material [LPCC]; Provides that it is a third-degree felony for any person to sell, distribute, transmit, advertise, or possess with the intent to sell, distribute, transmit, or advertise certain materials to minors. Provides that ignorance of a minor's age or the minor's consent is not a defense in a prosecution for such a violation if the minor is younger than 12 years of age, etc.
