Sex Trafficking; Increases penalties for specified offenses involving minors & forcing, compelling, or coercing another to become prostitute; revises provisions relating to sex trafficking; increases penalties; revises provisions prohibiting rental of certain facilities for prohibited activities; revises provisions prohibiting prostitution, lewdness, & assignation, etc.
