Electronic Monitoring/Lost Persons [SPCC]; Establishes a grant program to encourage counties to implement a personal tracking program, a search-and-rescue program designed to quickly find a lost or wandering person who is mentally impaired due to Alzheimer's disease, autism, Down syndrome, or other causes. Designates FDLE as the administrative agency. Provides for a county sheriff's office or other lead agency to submit an annual application, etc. APPROPRIATION: $670,000.
