Lead Poisoning Prevention; Creates Florida Lead-based Paint Reduction Program within DOH; requires certification of individuals & firms performing lead-reduction activities; requires DOH to develop course accreditation & certification standards & requirements & to establish criteria & fee schedule for examinations & certification; provides for such fees to be deposited into Lead Poisoning Prevention Trust Fund, etc.
