Relief/Alan Jerome Crotzer [LPCC]; Provides an appropriation to compensate Alan Jerome Crotzer for wrongful imprisonment and for being a victim of a miscarriage of justice. Directs the Chief Financial Officer to draw a warrant. Requires the purchase of an annuity. Provides for the waiver of specified tuition and fees. Provides conditions for payment. Provides legislative intent, etc. CLAIM WITH APPROPRIATION: $1,250,000.
