CS/CS/SB 1208: Water Pollution Control [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Gaetz
Water Pollution Control [RPCC]; Provides requirements for basin management action plans. Allows such plans to take into account the benefits of pollutant load reduction achieved by point or nonpoint sources, where appropriate. Authorizes water quality protection programs to include the trading of water quality credits. Specifies that a water quality credit trading pilot project be limited to the Lower St. Johns River Basin as a pilot project, etc.
