Lake Jesup Restoration [RPCC]; Requires the Department of Environmental Protection, the St. Johns River Water Management District, the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the City of Sanford to develop a plan for the removal of muck from the bottom of Lake Jesup in Seminole County as is contemplated in the FWC's project to restore aquatic habitats in Lake Jesup, etc.
