GENERAL BILL by Constantine

Public K-12 Students/Hazardous Walking Conditions [SPCC]; Requires that school transportation be provided to K-12 public school students who are subject to hazardous walking conditions. Revises the criteria of a hazardous walkway to include roads in a 35 miles per hour zone, roads that have six or more lanes, and roads that include residents that are designated sexual predators and sexual offenders, who are required to register with the FDLE and whose victims include a minor, etc.
