SB 122: Personal Identification Information/Criminal Use [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Personal Identification Information/Criminal Use [LPCC]; Provides an enhanced penalty for certain fraudulent uses of personal identification information concerning an individual 65 years of age or older without first obtaining the consent of the individual. Deletes fraudulent intent as an element of certain offenses involving use, possession, or creation of personal identification information, etc.
