Slot Machine Revenues; Revises tax rate on slot machine revenues at pari-mutuel facilities; requires licensees to pay pro rata share of any shortfall in taxes paid on slot machine tax revenues; provides percentage cap on payment of taxes on slot machine revenues; provides hours of operation for sales of alcoholic beverages in slot machine gaming areas.
