GENERAL BILL by Needelman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hooper

Retiree Health Insurance Subsidy; Revises provisions for determination of amount of subsidy for retirees of defined benefit program & eligible participants of Public Employee Optional Retirement Program of Florida Retirement System or their beneficiaries; provides that spouse at time of FRS participant's death is considered beneficiary for purposes of retiree health insurance subsidy unless different beneficiary has been designated, etc.
