Protect Urban & Residential Environments & Water; Creates "Protection of Urban & Residential Environments & Water Act;" requires DEP by secretarial order to adopt "Florida Friendly Fertilizer Use on Urban Landscapes Model Ordinance" by time certain; provides for review & updating of ordinance; provides for exceptions & for additions to ordinance by local governments; requires person who applies fertilizer commercially to urban turf to be certified by DACS, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
