SB 1282: Court Costs [LPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Court Costs [LPCC]; Increases the court cost assessed against any person convicted of violating a state penal or criminal statute or convicted of violating a municipal or county ordinance from $3 to $4. Increases the amount deducted from every bond estreature or forfeited bail bond related to such penal statutes from $3 to $4. Requires that the funds be remitted to the Department of Revenue, etc.
