GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Saunders
Environmental Protection [RPCC]; Reenacts and amends a specified provision relating to the establishment of the Department of Environmental Protection under the Florida Government Accountability Act. Authorizes the Environmental Regulation Commission to employ independent counsel and contract for outside technical consultants. Provides duties of the FWC with respect to supervising and directing all management programs for aquatic plants, etc.
