Seagrass Scarring/Illegally Taken Wildlife [RPCC]; Provides that it is a civil infraction to operate a vessel outside a marked channel in a manner that causes seagrass scarring. Amends a specified provision relating to the disposition of illegally taken wildlife and provides for the disposition of such wildlife. Creates a specified provision relating to photographs of illegally taken wildlife. Provides for the admission of photographs as evidentiary materials, etc.
