SB 1326: Out-of-State Collegiate License Plate [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Deutch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Out-of-State Collegiate License Plate [EPCC]; Creates an Out-of-State Collegiate license plate for state and independent universities located outside this state. Provides that the fees shall be deposited in the State Student Financial Assistance Trust Fund to be allocated to scholarships for students who are residents of this state and have committed to teach in public schools in this state, etc.
