Suicide Prevention; Requires Statewide Office for Suicide Prevention to establish Veterans' Suicide Prevention and Services Program; establishes program; specifies tasks for office in implementing program; provides minimum standards for community-based providers of services to veterans at risk for suicide. APPROPRIATION: $1,300,000.
