Pornographic Materials/Commercial Distribution [EPCC]; Creates the "Florida Commercial Anti-Pornography Act" to provide a civil remedy to prohibit the willfull and knowing distribution of pornographic materials for profit and commercial purposes, and to recover civil penalties and damages. Extends these remedies to any church or religious organization, or other representative group or organization within this state, etc.
