GENERAL BILL by Wilson

Child Care Personnel Training/Domestic Violence [SPCC]; Requires each child care facility to establish standards for instructing child care personnel on matters pertaining to domestic violence. Requires that the instruction include not less than 2 hours of training for new personnel and not less than 1 hour of instruction on a periodic and timely basis for experienced personnel each year thereafter, etc.
