SB 1364: Immigration [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Villalobos

Immigration [LPCC]; Prohibits a person from representing to another who is not a citizen of the United States that he or she can obtain or assist the other person in obtaining citizenship or authorization documentation to live or work in the United States unless the offer to obtain or provide assistance is allowed by federal law. Provides that a person who violates the act commits a felony of the third degree, etc.
