Dentistry; Designates act "Access to Oral Healthcare Act"; defines "public health settings" & "public health supervision"; requires two members of Board of Dentistry have public health setting experience or public health advanced degree; creates licensure by credentials for certain dentists who receive public health dental license; requires that such dentists practice in public health settings, etc.
Effective Date: 07/01/2009 except as otherwise provided
