SB 1382: Net Metering [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Justice
Net Metering [RPCC]; Creates the Florida Net Metering Conservation Act. Directs the Public Service Commission to develop rules requiring public utilities to develop net metering programs under which they make available to customers meters that measure both energy production and consumption by the customer, etc.
