GENERAL BILL by Deutch

Physician & Dental Services/Medicaid Reimbursement [SPCC]; Requires the Agency for Health Care Administration to provide reimbursement for Medicaid providers of physician and dental services based on certain levels and rates. Requires that the reimbursement level for physician and dental services provided to children younger than 21 years of age be at least the level provided by federal law for physician reimbursement under Medicare, etc.
