Utility Services/Unlawful Use/Controlled Substance [LPCC]; Prohibits trespass and larceny in relation to utility fixtures for the purpose of manufacturing a controlled substance. Provides that trespass and larceny in relation to utility fixtures for the purpose of manufacturing a controlled substance is a third-degree felony. Provides that theft of utility services for the purpose of manufacturing a controlled substance is a third-degree felony, etc.
