SB 1456: Inmates/Medical Assistance Eligibility/Medicaid [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Wilson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery
Inmates/Medical Assistance Eligibility/Medicaid [SPCC]; Provides that in the event a person who is an inmate in the state's correctional system, in a county detention facility, or in a municipal detention facility was in receipt of medical assistance prior to being admitted, such person shall remain eligible for medical assistance while an inmate, etc.
