Dept. of the Lottery and Pari-mutuel Facilities; Provides powers & duties of Department of Lottery pertaining to video lottery games to be operated at certain pari-mutuel facilities; provides requirements for operation of video lottery games; provides for licensure & license fee; provides for distribution of net terminal income; provides for licensure of video lottery terminal vendors, etc. APPROPRIATION: $10,000,000.
