GENERAL BILL by Health Regulation ; Margolis

Psychology Licensure [SPCC]; Requires the Board of Psychology within the Department of Health to close an application of an applicant who fails to pass the licensure examination or submit evidence of completion of postdoctoral training within a specified period. Requires that the board provide for exceptions. Authorizes persons who have completed postdoctoral residency training to continue the practice of psychology under supervision, etc.
