Limited English Proficient Students/Instruction [SPCC]; Provides for immersion English language instruction during the summer following the senior year for students who have been enrolled in an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) program for less than 2 full school years. Provides that the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT) for ESOL students shall not count for at least 2 full years following the date of initial enrollment in a Florida public school, etc.
