Residential Tenancies [EPCC]; Allows landlord to terminate rental agreement & recover liquidated damages or charge tenant early termination fee for breach of agreement, or both, under certain circumstances; requires tenant to indicate acceptance of early termination fee or liquidated-damages provision in rental agreement in order for provision to take effect; provides limit on combined total of damages & fees, etc.
