Secretary of State/Nonpartisan Statements [LPCC]; Provides that the Secretary of State, as the chief election officer, in an endeavor to be nonpartisan in all decisions and statements, may not, among other activities, directly or indirectly engage in any political campaign or in any partisan political activity except to vote, serve as an officer of any political party or any partisan organization, or make any contribution to, or solicit funds on behalf of, any political party, etc.
