Travel for Commercial Sexual Purposes; Provides definition of "travel for commercial sexual purposes"; requires seller of travel to include in initial registration documents, & in annual registration renewal affidavit, sent to DACS statement that seller of travel does not knowingly offer for sale, facilitate, or promote travel services for commercial sexual purposes; requires each independent agent to attest to same, etc.
