Dependent Children and Youth; Provides process for recommending change of placement of child in shelter or foster home who is perceived to be at risk; establishes standards for delivery of child welfare services for dependent children & youth; requires that child or youth be placed in home determined to be safe; requires criminal history records checks & Fla. Abuse Hotline Info. System history checks of persons with whom child or youth may be placed, etc.
