Management of Wastewater; Requires DOH to issue certain health advisories against swimming in beach waters; requires DOH to notify municipality or county & local office of DEP in which affected beach is located of such advisory; requires DEP to investigate wastewater treatment facilities within certain distance of affected beach & provide specified notification to municipality or county in which affected beach is located of results of its investigation.
