City of Orlando Firefighter Pension Fund/Orange [OPCC]; Provides definitions of "legal guardian" & "guardians of said issue"; clarifies amount of certain disability pension; provides that surviving spouses & other beneficiaries are entitled to cost of living increases upon death of eligible firefighters; approves ordinances enacted by City of Orlando concerning firefighter pension plan; provides that act is contingent on collective bargaining agreement, etc.
