SB 1530: Access to Dwelling Units [LPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Bennett

Access to Dwelling Units [LPCC]; Requires landlords to maintain a written record, subject to inspection by a unit owner, that includes names of all direct employees of the landlord who have access to the dwelling units and the dates and times that an employee has entered a unit. Requires landlords to obtain criminal history information on employees who have access to the interior portion of a dwelling unit that is under a rental agreement, etc.
